Shelton resident Nicole Biatowas, a member of the class of 2015 at Eastern Connecticut State University, participated in Eastern’s Center for Community Engagement Volunteer Programs during the fall 2011 semester. Biatowas has yet to declare a major. The CCE supports the mission and vision of Eastern by providing resources to build a culture of civic responsibility and engaged learning.
