Nutrition course

Qigong class
Thirty minute "Spring Cleaning" Qigong class Mondays, May 14 and 21, 7 p.m. at Sabita Holistic Center, 3519 Post Road, Southport. Class will focus on a different organ each week, and include basic Qigong warm-ups, a self-massage routine, healing sounds and visualizations for cleansing and strengthening. Individual class $15.
